What have you tried so far? Is your xMagic a gen1a?

Not working how? Does the reader react to it at all?

I get no lights on the door reader when i press emulate
Im not shure of the gen1 or 2 but its les than a year old

Good sign, means it could be a bad connection instead of a bad emulation

Apps > NFC > NFC Magic > Check Magic Tag

Nice

More, then write, then choose the room key, I believe

Ok flipper says success on the write
But if i can’t open the door with the flipper on emulate hows it going to work on the implant?

Since the flipper didn’t seem to react as a bad tag, it seems to me that the door just wasn’t getting a good connection to the flipper

Whether you’ll be able to get a good connection with the xMagic, who knows

Be sure to let us know

What am i doing wrong? Lol

Try taking off the case

And pickup some MFGC’s for future trips, of course

Is a mfgc like a ug4 but a card? I have one of those but not with me.
I do have some nfc 8k fobs but i don’t think it will do much good if the flipper can’t even open the door
Thank you

No luck with your implant either, I’m guessing? :'(

Nope, it’s a passive repeater, just makes it a little easier to couple with picky readers

The new little repeater dots i have those also but not with me
Ive tried withe the xmagic and no luck

Nfc tools cant read the flipper on emulate.
Seems strange am i doing something wrong?

flipper emulation sucks at mifare classic on non spec sturn readers (low quality, battery powered, design over function, bunch of reasons) we made a command for this

TLDR; the flipper emulation not working is not exactly abnormal.

if your implant isn’t working: you’ve not got sak swapping going on your key so that’s not the issue with your implant. it is likely the reader is too low in quality/design to be able to communicate with an implant so small.

unfortunately this does just happen sometimes not all readers love implants.

Very informative but unfortunate thank you
But why would my phone not be able to read the flipper?

because the flipper emulation isnt great and phones too arent always hitting the mark

Do you carry a test card pack or similar with you?
If so, try writing to a card and test that.
