Step 1:
go to Contact Us - Dangerous Things
Step 2:
Add your Contact info and Order info in the field, tell them you need a Refund.
Step 3:
Complete the Captcha and click on Send
Done 
They will reply to you asap and it hopefully isn’t too late and they shipped it already.
Everything regarding Orders has to be requested there since it is way faster then asking here on the forums for it.
