Just FYI, found some interesting documentation between the FDA and VeriChip corp that explicitly shows the FDA does not consider subdermal microchip implants to be medical devices when used for identity and security applications. I’ve updated our FDA info page.

Wow! They absolutely are supposed to be filled, almost to the top with very little air space. Clearly this one had no resin.. which probably made it look like it was full actually. Definitely a bizzare outlier. Sorry this happened! Can you find your original order email and reply with photos so we can start the replacement process?
