Wardriving has never been my thing.
But
Iāve never tried!
Sure, Iāll give it a go.

Anti Derailment is too quiet for my liking right now.
Anyone have a good suggestion for an OS/DE for my HTPC? GNOME was alright but not ideal, and Cosmic wasnāt any better.
ā¦Then the PopOS install crapped itself, and its not worth fixing imo. Just used for firefox and jellyfin really, plus some steam on the side.
Like always, the solution is kde plasma ![]()
Looks like itās going to be published with plasma 6.7, which drops in a few weeks
Sweet! I didnāt see that! Thank you!
Welcome! I obviously havenāt tried it, but would love to hear what you think once you give it a go
I might wait till proper release since that is this month, but I will!
Oh no! I slipped and accidentally downloaded KDE Neon and burned it to a flash drive!
Careful! Thank god you didnāt accidently shove the flash drive into your computer and complete the install wizard while you were stumbling!
It didnāt work for me.
Why? Not sure. But it seemed to fail to render the desktop, and frankly anything else besides the mouse.
Why is this unsurprising?: Iso had āunstableā in the name, plus my hardware config is a bit odd with an rx6400.
I shall wait for release!
Hmm weird. AMD graphics should just work. But 6.7 is dropping in a week or two so you wonāt have to wait long
@Jammyjellyfish youāre not a String Cheese fan by any chance are you?
I tried Lydian and it does seem to work! But their set up process is painful and their website is kind of crappy so not sure how long theyāll be around.
The good news is Rain is going to be around (itās so simple but so effective) so even if a provider drops support surely another company will use / still use Rain
Like the food? Yeah I guess so, itās fun and cheese so thereās no downsides
Haha sorry I was actually inquiring about your handle. I meant String Cheese Incident (they have a song named Jellyfish and theyāre a Jam band)
Ah that makes a lot more sense lol. JammyJellyfish is the code name for Ubuntu 22.04 LTS. I originally used it as a throw away name, since I didnāt really intend to be anything other than a lurker ![]()
howās that working out for you?

Well on one hand Iāve made a bunch of great friends, on the other hand Iāve gotten way more implants than I originally thought. So I guess pretty damn good ![]()
I thought you had implants in both hands ![]()
