The anti🚫-derailment🚃 & thread🧵 hijackingšŸ”« thread🧵 ⁉

I don’t think the opposite of a Karen has a title. A Karen is called that because they act certain ways that are different to that of the general populous.

That’s not very helpful. I need a name.
There are the billy memes

But Billy comes in all flavours, sometimes it’s ā€˜Be like Billy’ sometimes, it’s the opposite.

I have a school assignment, and it’s actually cyborg related. But I need answer for my question. I tried to make it clear. :man_shrugging:

They don’t have a name.

Karen is a pejorative term for women seeming to be entitled or demanding beyond the scope of what is normal. The term also refers to memes depicting white women who use their privilege to demand their own way.

Anyone who isn’t that ^^

What if I write: ā€œNormaā€
?? :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: :+1:

No that would be inaccurate. if you want to define it then define it as.

The accepted definition of Karen is a women seeming to be entitled or demanding beyond the scope of what is normal. The term also refers to memes depicting white women who use their privilege to demand their own way. Anyone who doesn’t fit this description should not be referred to as a Karen.

Yeah, I quoted the relevant sorrseas, those define Karen perfectly:
Google, UD, Reddit…
I read the comments again, hoping to find some hidden treasure I not yet discovered…

See, that could be confusing. I actually need to submit it, so it should be somewhat clear.
Also, let’s forget about Karen, my assingment is not really about her.

If you’re serious.

The opposite is a person who would reject any entilement and exhibit extreme meekness in social situations, to the point of allowing themselves to be excessively pushed around instead of standing up for themselves.

Therefore I would suggest the opposite of Karen is Lucy.

I feel for all the poor women around the world with sensible personalities and no attitude problems who happen to be called Karen

100%!!
This term is about experimental writing, and one of the assignments is to summarise the 3000+ words I wrote about ā€˜cyborg’ in (a) (technically speaking one) coherent picture.

Me, sounding like a kid who got pushed at by the sand pit...

This took about 1 hour to put together, not exactly a cheap joke.
I am actually quite interested in languages, despite I only speak 3 fluently.
I am researching ā€œasemic writingā€ ..basically scribbleing and on and on…
Photography is literally writing with light. I want to know more about writing in general.

I started from Jacobson’s model of communication and only the FSM knows where I’ll end.

I regret bringing up the topic.
It’s not the right place.

So I can’t have relevant context, despite my intent…

I actually regret sharing my work in general.
Not because of criticism that I get, but because not being looked at critically.
I don’t do decorative art. I don’t have time mastering one skill. I get a task to act upon ephemerally at uni.
BA art degree is about being overwhelmed and trying to stay on top.
The end of the day I own my work! My name is my real name and take responsibility for what I do.

That said, I needed to realise this forum is not about art!
Most of the people don’t care… not interested in crappy pictures (technical term…google Krappy Kamera). Fair enough.
Sadly, that’s what I practiced.
And formulating arguements.
:dash: Back to zen :man_kneeling:

The pony and lollipop goes to:

@ODaily for comprehending the task
@Pilgrimsmaster for the visual interpretation and
@anon3825968 and @anon7067117 are getting the honorable prize for the geek interpretation.
