So it appears that server time seems to be reset at 1pm Est? Which means if the server time applies badges at midnight, its time is set to GMT+7
I figured this out by going for the 100 likes in a day badge and then seeing when the badge applied after i got that (You gave out all your likes today) message.
Edit: With that said some forum members from early 2020 will be logging back in with a shit ton of likes from me.
