Another thing thatās worth mentioning is that things like having built in night vision and thermal imaging can be useful. Especially if replicating the thermal side of touch turns out to be hard. But still, being able to tell the temperature of equipment is useful AF.

WiFiman is great. One of my go-tos. On top of that, I would recommend Net Analyzer and PingTools. They both have a free and pro version. Even the free versions have very useful tools.
Never used zabbix before. At work, we use PRTG for monitoring. Itās great for enterprise. For personal use, they offer up to 100 āsensorsā for free. Any more than that and the pricing is quite high. For my homelab, I use a Telegraf/InfuxDB/Grafana stack. Itās a lot more involved and and hands-on but quite flexible and 100% free.
