We could use a Dr. Oz punching bag…
Shot in the dark, asked on the forum, figure I’ll ask here to double my search net
Ipl hair removal, anyone have first hand experience with? Done fair digging… just crossing my ts and dotting my is
Did two treatments on the private bits about 6 years ago. Probably needed 6 treatments for it to be effectively gone but it was reduced for about 5 years but it’s all back now.
Why does this look like something out of Deus Ex? And why did we get all the bad parts of cyberpunk instead of the cybernetics?
I like that actually, though the noise pollution and lack of elevator aren’t great. Multiple ground levels reduces vertical isolation, though rather than replacing elevators, would be nice to use both technologies together.
Isn’t the point of cyberpunk that no technology is inherently good or bad? That technology itself is not the magical salvation from all our problems, but rather a new context in which humans go on living, lying, cheating, and sometimes - reflecting.
We got lots of cybernetics, but unfortunately, rather than getting the kind of machine that we jack into flesh to expand the human, we got the kind of machine that flesh is plugged into to expand the system.
Which is why I’m a biohacker. The machine does not swallow me, I swallow the machine.
I’m actually considering finishing off the top of my head, along with the usual locations
Not as much review out there for that, but I figure the hair follicles being more substantial in comparison might be helpful, unless larger is worse
So if you were to do another 4 treatments now, would that be done or is it like starting from scratch and requiring the full 6?
I did read something a while back that there are 3 hair growth cycles and hair removal has optimized times during that period for hair removal, i THINK it was during the growth phase, but you might need to google to confirm
I think it’s basically starting from scratch now
Yea it’s something like give or take a week when it enters that phase, so doing treatments too often or too infrequent can be significantly less effective

This is correct. I had to do extensive hair removal before a surgery. I did electrolysis, and he thoroughly explained the hair growth cycles to me and the length of treatment I would need to cause permanent removal. Laser is not as effective as electrolysis, but I couldn’t imagine getting electrolysis on my head. I wasn’t a good candidate for laser because my hair is red. If you have dark hair and fair skin, you stand the best chance of the most effective laser treatment when administered by someone who knows what they are doing.
Black hair but darker complexion.
The two treatments i had were really successful, however its like the most irritating sunburn in spots you shouldnt have a sun burn. if i still lived in the area i would have kept going back.
I never considered hair removal apart from going full machine… And now I definitely don’t want to do it, I get sunburnt in about 15 minutes…
If shaving particular areas is part of your daily task and you want to increase efficiency and removing a task from needing to be done. i reccomend. Short term discomfort for long term relief. you can save 20 min a week.
This.
My Xsiid and my Temperature implant are the two demonstrations i show the chips off.
Dumb question, how long does it takes for the pocket to close/seal back up after removal?
I have a wondering implants I need to remove and replace at a slightly better spot, but I want to make sure it’s all sealed b fore I put another one in …
