@Pilgrimsmaster, could you edit (*****) NFC antenna amplifier/Resonance Circuit V1 & V2.1 to include a link to Hammyā€™s new website since thatā€™s where MFGC points?

Thank you

If I could rate my best purchases of 2024, it would be the liteVNA and then the Pinecil V2. Seriously itā€™s an amazing little iron.

Iā€™ve long been tempted, but havenā€™t been able to justify it given how infrequently I solder.

Thatā€™s completely fair. If your current iron has a cord attached to it then thatā€™s reason enough since you can use a usb-C pd cable and power Bank.

You save room by buying it. Can clean up your work bench. And with how quick it is to get to temp you find yourself busting it out more frequently to do small fixes because itā€™s so convenient. And now that I am using heat set inserts on my 3d prints I use it even more.

I do however solder almost daily with some of my small projects and upcoming shop releasesā€¦ before I would have to drag out the little station, and wait for it to heat. Do my little job, then wait for it to cool off so I can put it away. Not now. I added a strip of Velcro to it and I just keep it and my solder cleaner on my toolbox. So when Iā€™m done, even if itā€™s still warm it just sticks on the side of my box in its home.

Edit: auto correct made this post almost unintelligible

Done and you are welcome

Old posts with MFGC may still point to the Tindie store, But Iā€™ll fix 'em as I find 'em

Ipl hair removal, anyone have first hand experience with? Done fair diggingā€¦ just crossing my ts and dotting my is

Did two treatments on the private bits about 6 years ago. Probably needed 6 treatments for it to be effectively gone but it was reduced for about 5 years but itā€™s all back now.

Why does this look like something out of Deus Ex? And why did we get all the bad parts of cyberpunk instead of the cybernetics?

I like that actually, though the noise pollution and lack of elevator arenā€™t great. Multiple ground levels reduces vertical isolation, though rather than replacing elevators, would be nice to use both technologies together.

Isnā€™t the point of cyberpunk that no technology is inherently good or bad? That technology itself is not the magical salvation from all our problems, but rather a new context in which humans go on living, lying, cheating, and sometimes - reflecting.

We got lots of cybernetics, but unfortunately, rather than getting the kind of machine that we jack into flesh to expand the human, we got the kind of machine that flesh is plugged into to expand the system.

Which is why Iā€™m a biohacker. The machine does not swallow me, I swallow the machine.

Iā€™m actually considering finishing off the top of my head, along with the usual locations

Not as much review out there for that, but I figure the hair follicles being more substantial in comparison might be helpful, unless larger is worse :man_shrugging:t2:

So if you were to do another 4 treatments now, would that be done or is it like starting from scratch and requiring the full 6?

I did read something a while back that there are 3 hair growth cycles and hair removal has optimized times during that period for hair removal, i THINK it was during the growth phase, but you might need to google to confirm

I think itā€™s basically starting from scratch now
