They used to have those faces in the old haunted house attraction at Dinseyland. I donāt know if theyāve redone the ride since then. Probably remade it after they made a movie of it, like they did with Pirates of the Caribbean.
So Iāve been sick the whole week and feel like Iām recovering pretty well at this pointā¦ but this sickness has been weird. Itās totally nuked any appetite but also very strangeā¦ the sense of needing to urinate is gone. Like I have a full bladderā¦ but itās almost numbā¦ the only reason I went pee the last couple days is basically scheduleā¦ morningā¦ go peeā¦ but had no urge or sensation that I had to ā¦ and boy did I have to. Wtf could be dangerous to kidneys if you just didnāt go

Iāve heard of people neglecting the other two of the three basic needs, but I didnāt know it was possible to lose the sense of that need. Iādāve thought if you couldnāt feel it it would eventually justā¦ leak.

yeah itās very oddā¦ iāve never had that beforeā¦ but there is a distinct sense of disconnection with the bodyā¦ almost like iāve been floating around the last few days. i think the PC muscles and other various muscles that hold back the urine are effectively operating involuntarily and you have to kind of order them to relax. if youāre not getting the signal to do thatā¦ no sensation of fullness from your bladderā¦ then itās up to you to figure it out and go peeā¦ which is oddā¦ a bit like telling yourself you need to take a breath every time.
Urine can easily begin backing up the ureters before the pressure is such that it may force itself out, so kidney damage is a possibility. people have done that to themselves doing stupid āpee holding challengesā before.
Its a good thing we have an anti-derailment thread for all the topics we get ourselves into.

At the moment, DT does not have a specific successor in mind for the Titan. We do have more magnet options in the works, but nothing I would specifically call a successor to the absolute tank of a magnet the Titan was.

Why is it when smoke alarm batteries go flat it is always between 1 and 3am?
For the last three nights now I have had some electronic device start randomly beeping at the same time. It goes long enough to wake me up but not long enough to track by sound. I have literally taken every bloody electronic device out of my bedside drawers progressively over the last few days to try and identify it. All devices are completely flat (eg old phones and smart watches).
I still canāt find the damn thing.
Rant over.
PS I guess I will be posting again at 2am my time tonightā¦ Sigh.

I actually thought it could be the kids pranking me with something via remote but I checked and they both were sleeping, as was the wife.
