Thank you again to all of our backers for your continued patience and support. We are providing this update to keep you clearly informed about where things stand and to explain a change to our fulfillment plan: we will now ship Canadian MonstaTek M1 orders first, before the original combined Canada/U.S. group.
All Canadian MonstaTek M1 units are fully built, tested, and waiting at the factory for their dedicated shipment. They will be flown directly to Canada, where they will be processed, sorted, and shipped to individual backers. This air shipment ensures we remain on schedule despite the change in routing, and we will of course absorb the additional cost ourselves, as we should. (Originally these units were planned to be bulk-shipped to Easyshipās Los Angeles warehouse alongside U.S. rewards.)
Our original plan combined Canada and the U.S. for lower costs, assuming approvals would happen around the same time.
The U.S. government shutdown, which lasted 43 days, ended on November 12, 2025, with funding through late January 2026. The FCC is starting up again, but there might be some short waits due to backlog and new filings. In the past, new applications can start 1ā3 business days after reopening. Our full FCC package is ready to submit once the system is up. After approval, U.S. shipments will start with updated labels and shipping arranged. Other areas that need the FCC approval for import or carriers will follow, using the same built stock. To be clear: thereās no problem with the MonstaTek M1 itself. Testing is complete. The hold-up is just paperwork from government systems.
For our European backers, CE and RED compliance are moving ahead separately. The same lab tests used for FCC are helping show we meet EU rules for radio, EMC, and safety under the Radio Equipment Directive. We are putting together the technical files and writing the EU Declaration of Conformity that lists the right standards. Once done, the product will have the CE mark and needed info.
Canada Fulfillment: Will move ahead as planned. Canadaās units are fully built, tested
USA Fulfillment: As soon as the FCC starts handling approvals, which should be soon now that the government is open (operations restarted November 12ā13, 2025, with possible short delays from backlog). A
Europe Fulfillment: As soon as we finish the new RED Directive paperwork and CE marking.

We want to make all backers aware of several ongoing issues related to PledgeManager that may affect a portion of users:
Apple Relay Email Addresses
Backers using Appleās āHide My Emailā (Apple Relay) may not receive PledgeManager notifications. This is a limitation on Appleās side, and these email addresses often block or fail to forward messages from PledgeManager.
PledgeManager Payment Processing Issues
Some backers have reported that their payments in PledgeManager are not being processed correctly. This may include failed charges, repeated attempts, or the payment page not updating after completion.
Address Change Errors
A number of users are experiencing difficulty updating their shipping address within PledgeManager.
If you are encountering any of the above issues, please contact PledgeManager Support directly at support@pledgemanager.com. They will be able to resolve account-specific problems and ensure your information is correctly updated in the system.
Weāre eager to start rolling out shipments now that key approvals are progressing rapidly. Canadian backers will be first in line, with Wave 1 launching. U.S. and international backers follow in Wave 2, kicking off as soon as FCC grants resume their normal pace post-reopening. Weāll continue with subsequent waves into December, ensuring everyone gets their MonstaTek M1 efficiently. Overall, the first arrivals are set for the this month, with steady progress to wrap up fulfillments soon after.
