I got my VivoKey apex installed recently and am experiencing problems. When I scan it with the apex manager, it comes up successfully and I can see my serial number and the screens to but when I try to scan it with Fidesmo, I get “There was an error when attempting to connect to the wearable.” The Fidesmo log say the following: Fidesmo Log - Pastebin.com
This doesn’t seem to say much to me but maybe to you?
I have an HID OmniKey smart card reader if I need to do any diagnosis with a computer. We Purchased 2 VivoKeys and my friend is also having trouble.
