Oh no. I wouldn’t take it as a complain at all. All software is bound to be always improved. Just look how many updates every thing has since their start.
I am aware of some buggies but they don’t really affect that much the functionality. Good old close and reopen the app fixes things most of this times.
Just didn’t wanted to delay more on the release. At least many people now can finally use their implants. This little buggies can be fixed as we go. Some people even had an unclaimed implant under their skin because they didn’t had access to an android phone.

Yeah I’m so stoked! I use iPhone almost exclusively, so my profile was in a bad state. Maybe now I can check out the vivokey forum and see what’s up In there. 
and yeah nothing mission critical at all it’s working perfectly
My own spark V1 works well with this. Happy days indeed!

That was one of the main reasons it was delayed for iOS.
We wanted to make sure it also worked with Spark 1 for sure.

From within the VivoKey app I clicked the link for VivoKey forum then

Not sure which order it was, but I clicked the touch to login and it gets a good read, then login failed.

Dont take my word as gospel, I’m on Android and mine works so, my GUESS is it could be the app or it could be your Spark registration.
I dont know this for sure, but do a TagInfo scan and you may need to Provide one of the VK Software team with this address / number

Now that you mention registration, that all went well except for the verification email, I never received one. 
It could be waiting on that verification before allowing me to get too deep.
Is it in the spam folder?
