What is going on with Dangerous Things?

Does anyone here know why don’t Amal uses a USP Class VI certified material instead of a Class IV? I get that ISO 10993 stands for a hole lot more tests than these USP classification levels, but still my web research tells me that Class VI would me preferable for an implant instead of Class IV.

Congratulations, you just found a typo! They are Class VI :grinning:

@tac0s can you fix on the flexNT page and see if any other product pages have this issue?

Actually on other parts of the flexNT product page it does accurately show Class VI but that one section that was screenshotted is wrong haha

Oh man… more updates…

This is not accurate anymore because we have tested the final product! Check out;

Thanks. That’s good. If that helps, I have seen some more possible inconsistencies in the products info sections. For example, when you look into some products pages and go to the “testing” section, it refers to the x series implants even when we are in a flex product page. I thought that only the x series transponders were being tested.

Definitely point out anything you notice… this is the perfect thread for it!

Well… Okay…

Yes, I know I’m nitpicking, but I had fun putting the list together, so there.

VivoKey’s Apex flex site:
Not sure if these are maybe outdated, or just for if/when VK sells them directly:
“Reservations for Apex Flex subdermal security key are opening soon. Subscribe for updates to be the first to know!”
“Includes placement by qualified professional”

DT’s Apex flex site:
“Open the Fidesmo app, scan your Apex Mega
and those same polymer updates as above

FlexM1v2
“What’s the difference between the gen1a and gen2 version?” (ZUID?)
" Forum user Equiptor wrote the following documentation."
Also, some parts specify “v2” while others just call it “flexm1”, which I just have mixed feelings about

FlexClass
Mentions that it comes with numbing gel, is that true? It’s the only flex I see that mentions it… If so, why for?
It also mentions it coming in a vial instead of the sterilization pouches like newer flexes. And no needle lube mentioned as well…

FlexEM & FlexDF2
Also mention shipping in a vial. The FlexEM shows a picture of it in a sterilization pouch

FlexNT
" Share data with NFC enabled smartphonesha"

xMagic
“The xMagic has two chips inside, a 13.56MHz ISO14443-A compliant “Magic” Mifare S50 Classic 1k gen1a emulator chip”

xM1
“3mm x 13mm” but stl is 3x14.stl

DT’s Spark2 page
“smartphone app to create and different behaviors”
“Spark is encased in biologically safe 2x14mm cylindrical bioglass” but everywhere else says 2.1x14

xSLX
The “Practical read range/performance expectation” section seems to link to a private youtube video

xDF2
“RFID Diagnostic Card and xLED-HF included!” xFD?

xNT
Still mentions the Dangerous NFC app for locking it, which I believe is no longer really available

Magic Ring V2
“Programmable with Proxmark3 or Proxmark3

Alpha Signature and Signature rings
Both have a logo png that doesn’t seem to load

…I’m not going through the accessories and stuff pages just for a post I thought would be kinda funny…

what’s wrong with gen1a?

The xMagic is available as Gen2 now also

The xM1 goes with an ambiguous “13.56MHz ISO14443-A compliant “Classic 1k” emulator chip” which I think would fit here better now too

…I did say I was nitpicking…

Unless you meant on the FlexM1 v2, in which case:

But the versions you can actually select:

Are ZUID and Gen2, I think they should match

Thanks! I’ll have to circle back about the Dangeorus NFC… Gotta recreate the functionality with Raw NFC.

There’s also the giant covid-19 restrictions warning at /cart page.

There is only the “BeUno” which is from “Dsruptive”
This is a temperature chip which works with the phone. I must say, i wasn’t able to get a read with the S20 - the reader is so weak. The reader from this phone has also problems to read the normal x-series without a case.
The A-Series has better NFC Readers.

I have als 2 xBTs its so interesting that the tempersture is a bit different betwenn the breast and the “Upper arm”

Would CoF bonding be an option?
Or conductive epoxy / silicone?
Ultrasonic welding maybe :upside_down_face:?

When did the Titan go out of stock? Hope I didn’t miss it by a couple days

I don’t know the exact date, but it’s been out of stock for at least a few months, don’t worry.

More than a few months…

Hey now, I said “at least”

What are you talking about?
