What would be the ideal exams to look at a flex implant in details inside the skin?

I bought three flex series implants a few weeks ago and implanted them. One of them, the Apex Flex, is not working. I’m investigating the reason for that and one possible explanation is that the chip inside it may be damaged. What would be the best option for me to investigate that without having to remove it? An MRI? A Tomography?

UPDATE: It’s fine. My Apex Flex is working fine. But be aware that the z flip 6 and the z fold 6 are both really bad when it comes to the Apex Flex. Their NFC Detector ir probably really, really bad.

Can you share some more info, like:

  • what device(s) do you use to read the chip
  • is there still swelling going on
  • did it work prior to installation?

My skin is a little “purple” around the area and it went “easy” during installation (I think it may have gone too deep into my skin or muscle, I don’t know). My device is a Galaxy Z Flip 6. I’m already investigating the device in another topic.

High Res x-ray would be my best guess, targetted directly at the implant

Although
I think we need to look at more readers before we start looking at radiation
