Flexi-Implants and Future Projects

Awhile back, I came across this kickstarter, which unfortunately became suspended and killed the project: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/top-diy/flexico-flexible-raspberry-pi-pico/

The project was a PiPico clone, built on a flexible pcb.

I haven’t seen the company offer the product since the suspension, but if someone were to remake the project, would it be worth the trouble to use a biopolymer and qi charging to make an implant?

I remember there was talk about a wifi chipset potentially being looked into, which I would love to hear updates on if available!

Check out the bodybytes project

Not likely.. with the results so far of smt components coated in biopolymer, it does not have the longevity one would hope for. An entire pi with all those components.. I don’t think it would last long at all.

This is great! I didn’t realize how far along that’s come.

Thanks for the update!
