Glow in the dark scarifications are done with glow powder:

The xGlow is a glow in the dark subdermal implant which makes things simpler but doesn’t allow for the full artistic possibilities of the powder:

Edit: I’m not feeling well today so it took me a while search for the XL version of the xGlow:

Do note that the XL size is too big for an injector so it comes with a piercing needle instead.

i hope youre feeling better! i was also wondering if any places or professionals do scarifications or is it more of a diy thing? im not that great of a artist and was looking to get something done OvO

I’d definitely recommend going to an artist who knows what he’s doing. You definitely don’t want to get an infection from a DIY project…

Any artist who does scarifications should be able to do it. Aftercare is a bit different, as you want the wounds to close and heal, trapping as much powder as possible. But the procedure itself is essentially the same, they just need to pack the wounds with glow powder at the end.

As far as x series implants go, any piercer should be able to handle them with the instructions from DT. And I will also recommend going to a professional here…

If you tell us about your general location, others might be able to recommend artists who are nearby.

Hi, I have a small question. I had two xGLOWs implanted about a month ago, one in each arm, but I haven’t seen them glow even once yet. Should I wait a bit longer, or should I ask to have them moved/relocated (if my installer is willing to do it)?

Waiting is all you can do at this point. The truth is that every person’s body is different and your arms might just have layers that are just a little too thick. It’s also possible though that a good amount of blood surrounded each xGlow and that will take a huge amount of time to clear.. months in many cases.
