Hello.

I am looking for an implantible contactless payment solution that will work in Canada. I have done research but am still not confident i know what is available. I know payment systems are not universal, with countries using different protocols. There are rings + app solutions that can get it done here and I came across the ability to remove the chip/antenna for implant. Is that my only choice if I want to pay via an implant at Canadian payment terminals found in stores?

Any help, direction greatly appreciated.

I understand your confusion, here is the process

  • Vivokey.com sell a payment compatible ring
  • Dangerous Things buy a ring on your behalf
  • Dangerous Things then convert the ring into an implant of your choosing

You have 3 antenna options to choose from.

So, why should you care about the Apex 2? It’s based on the J3R452 but with a custom Fidesmo ROM. You get twice the persistent storage (but the same transient).
