The blue ringed octopus lives in rock pools, not in the open ocean. Sharks are adorable, pools kill more people than sharks 
. Also surfing in a pool is even more boring than scuba in a pool.
And anyway your not safe on land either:

I agree. They are supposed to stay in the rock pools, I don’t trust those shifty looking fellows. They are smart
Fixed it for you. But seriously though, they look cool, they can just eat me too, which I don’t care for.
Don’t worry, my risk are pretty low as I dislike pools too really.
I would be more inclined to try these if they were available close to me in a pool. But my ears are bad, I can’t even swim 8 feet under without my ears hurting.
