I have had a flexEM installed towards the bottom of my left inner forearm since 2021. Itās never caught on anything. One time, I bashed the area repeatedly while fighting my car during a repair and got a dime shaped bruiseāI honestly didnāt notice the impact to the implant area over the general abuse of the incident (I hate working on cars). The only time Iāve felt pinching is from prolonged exposure to the cold. I wouldnāt describe it as painful.
