Itās meant to be winter here but well yeah weāve been in the low 20s for weeks in the Southern U.S.
Looking at 40+/kmh winds, storms out the ass and probably tornados out the ass

I still canāt wrap my head around that
Like I understand the physical orientation of the earth and stuff
But I spent most of my life not realizing that it meant Southern Hemisphere would have different seasonsā¦
Still feels so weird to be cold in June and warm in December

Thatās short weather.
Although, I ventured out in birkenstocks and shorts earlier. It isnāt too bad.
It was a dusty 30c in my area over christmas.
Down to 0Ā° Iāll wear pajama shorts or gym shorts, t-shirt, flip flops if Iām going outside for less than 10 minutes
Only exception is going into snow, Iāve been barefoot in the snow once or twice, Iām good
I feel like, once youāve been hypothermic, you understand that it takes long enough to set in that 10 minutes wonāt kill you
Itās naked weather imo
I wasnāt speaking in freedom units
Letās swap climates because Iād much prefer the cold

Ok this bourbon concoction is amazing
A friend of the wife is staying with us, and we were watching this documentary on bourbonā¦ (always wanted to likeā¦ but terrible college drinking choices ruined it for me for a bit)
Cliff note recipe
2 cups ishā¦ apple cider
Half cup bourbon
3 tbsp (real) maple syrup
Itās great, and letās you appreciate the bourbon, just removes the harshness
