Looks like youāre lucky number 16.
Congratulations. I wonder how long I have to go.
I guess we will find out in a fortnight. ![]()
TIL why Molotov cocktails are effective against tanks and vehicles. The burning payload finds itās way into the vehicle through various cracks and crevices, often finding grease and oil and other combustibles, turning it into an oven. Apparently the average 1998 Toyota Corolla has better rubber seals around doors and windows than a modern tank.
Isnāt it sad when a 24 year old Toyota is more reliable and safer than a tank?
The lesson here kids, is donāt post pictures of your keys on the internetā¦people will steal your shit

Wtf is Ukraine using 1780s lock tech for? Photos on the internet⦠Iād be more worried about coat hangers.
Probably depends on the tank, aswell as how much regard itās designers had for its occupants
Yea I noticed they look like lever locks
Modern lever locks can be very secure. If they are built properly.
You may notice that those appear to be double sided lever locks.
I also suspect that they have bigger things to worry about than someone copying their keys and breaking into their house. Like someone launching a missile at it.
Haha, well I take it from the comments, that nobody got my jokeā¦
The personās arm caught on fire throwing a Molotov cocktail at a tank and I pointed out the keys were a security issueā¦
Now I am explaining the joke

Apparently you didnāt get our meta joke. We know you all too well.
Wait⦠no one⦠okay here we go:
Happy Pi Day!
Still 3.13 here⦠for another 5 mins anyway
Well not anybody from a country that express their dates logicallyā¦aka everybody except the US
@yeka I am disappointed ![]()
But
Happy Birthday this guy
Do you plan things based on months more than days? That sounds tedious
Can we stop this? We all know 2022-03-14 is the only correct way to write dates.

this is how i write them in file names and the like⦠and i aggressively use metric when talking to people about measurements⦠though yesterday I said āone centimeterā to a Canadian and they were like āoh so⦠like⦠thatās close to half an inch right?ā and I was like wtf dude.
Pretty sure the independent article is getting this all wrong⦠iām willing to bet a whole lot that the actual thing in the kidās ear was not implanted at all but was a small magnet resting in the ear canal and the ābluetooth simā stuff was the EM coil around his neck connected to a bluetooth receiver or some sort. This is classically the kind of stuff reporters will accidentally get wrong because they are willfully lazy, or they willfully get wrong because they know it will attract eyeballs and who gives a shit about journalistic integrity or reporting the truth.
The dude on Shark Tank clearly had nothing but an idea, and had not actually attempted to create anything⦠if he had, the whole thing would pretty clearly not work⦠transdermal charging with AC⦠also why call it āAC chargingā ⦠why would you use AC and why would you call it āAC chargingā⦠and how would the microphone work all swamped by tissue⦠and and and⦠just sooo many obvious problems. Thatās not to say it would be impossible to explore, but yeah i think itās pretty clear this guy never actually did any of that technical development before going on TV.
