Quick question here that I don’t believe needs its own topic. I’m using an iPhone 15 pro max and when I add the forum to the homepage the icon is solid black.

Even the icon is safari when I go to add it is blacked out, but not on the share tab.

Very briefly when I swipe out of the app, a portion of the logo is visible, but then it cuts back to solid black.

Quick notes to add: This has been like this since I got my iPhone I believe. My previous phone Samsung galaxy note 20 ultra did not have this issue. All in all this is very minor and doesn’t take away from my experience. I’m mostly just curious about it.

Edit: Tried light mode, but it still launches with the dark grey screen before switching to light mode.

That’s interesting seeing it from everyone else’s perspective. For me it’s solid black when the app running in the background minimized / on the homepage, and when the app is closed. The only change is entering or exiting the app. Then I get the DT logo briefly with only the black parts.

I did try setting my phone and the forum both to light mode before adding to homepage. It still gave a solid black icon.
