This is literally both of my immediate neighbors,
One is far more cringy than the other
But both of them are constantly, “want a beer”
…some of it Midwest culture, some of it is probably minor to moderate functional alcoholism
One neighbor, sleeves me out about it, other I have actually said fuck it and sat over on his patio and had a beer or 2, and it was actually pretty acceptable…
But that could be my absolute comical social starvation after self isolating the fuck out of myself
But it’s constant lol, once in a while is nice and relaxing… every time I see you is cringey

My new neighbor thinks I’m boring for not drinking and promises that she will change me. I grew up in a cult, I know social pressure and she’s not going to change me…

Random electrical question
Automatic dog ball thrower… decided to stop working… looks like a capacitor blew
… think it was because it was left in a under amped charger for too long
What are the chances I can just replace the capacitor and be good to go?
Looks like a 220uf 16v capacitor? Unless I’m dumb and missing something

It depends, hopefully whatever caused that capacitor to blow did not damage anything else. But definitely start there.
You can clean up pcbs with a cotton swab and alcohol to get all the nastiness off. Alcohol is not corrosive or conductive and dries off quickly afaik
I saved a graphics card with that technique
