Wow, at the beginning of the interview it sounded like he was going to seriously underestimate the possibilities of the near future (because AI etc was years from existing). Then in the last few responses he leaves himself totally open to the concept of the Singularity.

It may be encoding still or they had the embed running most of the day and only were live for a short period.
We do this a lot in my industry. Start our streams at the beginning of the day and switch to feed 5min before session start. When the stream ends it takes forever to encode so we pull it local and trim heads and tails and reupload to the player

I just bought two tickets to the Arkansas Symphony, which yes, does feel like an oxymoron. Also, I now have exactly a month to find a date, so thereās a target / push for me.
Anywho. Iām not a classical music fan. But maybe this is one of those moments to remind everyone to get out there and live. Try something different. Something new. If youāre city people, then go fishing. If youāre mechanically inclined, take an art/painting/pottery class. Lots of people would love to share their passion with some one else. Thereās stuff everywhere to do, try something new, and just go be awesome.

How does the āmagsafe metal ringsā affect the read capability of phones?
Thinking about giving them a go but i dont want to make it even harder to read tags 
I started the repeater project because I couldnāt read through the peak design cases that have that mag safe ring.

It seems like Walletmed have changed their plan significantly.
Initially it seemed they where pitching a fully self contained nfc implant that could be tapped with a phone to get a read.
Then they introduced the idea of a smartwatch that would be able to take regular measurements by sitting on top all day.
Now from their latest deck it seems like they moved the monochromatic light source and the Raman spectrometer to the wearable itselfā¦ Wich sounds a lot less impressive tbhā¦
Am I missing something?
The wearable is likely going to provide better monitoring as it doesnāt depend on the user remembering to scan the implant.
But itās way less coolā¦
Also, what exactly is the implant going to do now? Why does it still have a coil in their marketing material?
