Anyone use a sleep mouth guard that adjusts your jaw for snoring?

I’m interested in using one, pretty bad sleep apnea in combination with an underbite so the idea looks nice on paper, but god I read some bad experiences that scares me… moving teeth, loosening teeth, causing TMJ issues etc

It’s also clearly a shill heavy industry, so I can’t really trust any reviews or info because they all reek of paid advertising

But then again the people satisfied with something are rarely the ones shouting from rooftops… idk

Yeah, some of the avatars are kinda trippy when you really look close. @Moonman0922’s is the worst for me. I really thought it was a green and white version of Hobbes from Calvin and Hobbes. Then when you look close you realize it’s a formal crest.

Try as I might, I can’t see the blue bunny though, just betta splendens.

This is good to know.

Controlling the needle through that pop as it passes through the tough skin into the softer flesh is the terrifying part, and I was tempted to practice a few jabs on my leg before my first install. Now I’m glad I didn’t, with the only needle I had.

It would be better to find a skin analogue to practice needle control on anyway.
