Why not Maltodextrin by the metre

No, but now I’m thinking about reading it. I experienced what I described and ended up with few friends IRL. Things are slightly better now that I’m further south.

And book 1 isn’t available in my country, I’m going to have to do what you’re all thinking.

Still, I do wonder if moving somewhere else is worth it.

Brown fat and gene modified white fat out-competes cancer cells for glucose… crazy

Something else I’m pulling from this video is that it might be possible to directly momentarily decrease blood glucose through cold exposure alone. Working out and burning it with muscle use is far more effective, but this might be more interesting for people who have issues being super physical.

ive seen a couple different things like this and i love it. i wish kits like this existed when i was a child. instead i had this:

Which was really cool to look at initially, but ZERo things got accomplished with it as the wires were lost 45 seconds after opening. However i really loved the design of the terminals and often think back on how simple of a design it was to have springs as the wire terminal. it makes sense and i wish a similar smaller design existed on a large scale for protoboarding ideas.

I had a bunch of those kits from Radioshack as a kid… we always made cool shit out of them. One of my favorite projects was an audio oscillator. It wasn’t by design, but I played it like a theremin because one of the connection wires between a couple of springs connected a capacitor to the circuit… I noticed that the closer my hand got to it, the more the audio with shift pitch, so I made a big loop out of it and ended up showing off for the class during a lively show-and-tell session

i was too young to understand the kit when i had it. I felt accomplished when i could make it light up and buzz. Mine didnt have LED’s just a small light bulb

Ok EU… what the actual shit is this…

I’ve always been creeped out by various EU country’s requirements to try to “convince” the bank that you need your cash… answering invasive questions… and now this in Spain. Just days after a Spanish nationwide blackout reminded everyone why cash still matters, they doubled down on restrictions that treat normal people like suspects simply for wanting to access their own funds. All of this is happening just as the EU pushes forward with the digital euro, a programmable currency linked to digital IDs, designed to be tracked, regulated, and, if needed, blocked.

I just noticed this in the DT Review thread

Its still 96.8%

But seriously, what the actual fuck!

We all know how good the DT customer service is, my guess is somebody felt aggreived that they didnt get the outcome they wanted.

“Everybody” knows about the Psychology of Rating Systems and Human Bias anyway, so we know its not a perfect system, people are more likely to take the time to leave a negative review or complaint, than those who have a positive experience.

Average ratings usually appear lower than what they actually should be, because of those cunt-y Karens that are emotional rather than being objective

Haha there are people that just will never give full stars no matter what. It’s like, their policy… like “nobody’s perfect” or “always room for improvement” but applied to reviews.

Probably someone from a certain specific thread…

In other news, most of the custom emojis stopped loading for me with the last update:

The hamster wheel is the only one that loads on that menu, but the emojis load normally once in the posts. And sorry that it took me so long to bring it up.
