Making a new sensory weaver, this time no modular slot just to see how slim off the shelf parts builds can get for a specific sensor set. (Easier for others to follow making if not having good soldering skills yet)
85A TPU band, to help flex, with haptics inlaid - hoping no cables melted due to hot end near them….
Well… While treasures are neat, I’m losing my shop space. So I’ve got to condense to fit down into a storage shed. Maybe 1/10 the space, and not really something I can work out of. The tragedy is that I’m going to have to part with some treasures due to the shear volume of it.
He’s gonna be getting all the goodies I made leading up to Defcon that I neglected to send out because my brain was mush. That’s all. Field meter pro, flipper repeaters, extenders, etc
I’m currently looking at a “!! BLTouch failed to deploy” but I’m too tired to troubleshot so I just restarted the print…
I’ve encountered this error twice now, and the first time it printed just fine after I restarted the print with the same gcode file.
I hope that the BLTouch isn’t acting up because of the rudimentary enclosure that I added, but it’s been working for months so I doubt it. At the end of the day, it’s a cheap Chinese Crapality product, so problems are not surprising…
If only those things were made to DT quality standards…
I see that you used one of those fancy build plates with a cool texture on it. I like the finish but I’d prefer if those things worked with ABS.
