Pre-Testing NExT prior to installation, anyone?

Ordered one and its on its way, id like to ask, Is there a safe way to encode/write/test the (NExT Hardware) without inserting it yet in the body? Has anybody attempted to write/register the hardware as a fob while its still sealed in the package? Or has anybody tried to unseal and remove the actual chip from the transponder and have it writted/registered, then sanitize it again with alcohol prior to installation? I mean, its quite tricky to find out whether it works or not after installation…

Newly chipped, some questions

I hit my piercer up about this, handed them the docs, and they were down a week later. Just had it done - a brand new NExT between my thumb and index metacarpals. he stuck it in and then fiddled with an orange thing on the side and then depressed the plunger. This left a white tip at the end of the needle. Does it sound like it was successfully implanted? I ask because I can’t scan it with my iPhone, it acts like I’m not presenting an NFC tag at all. Is that just how it’ll behave out of the box …

NExT Usability - LF and HF Issues

I purchased a couple of NExT together with the Access Kit and the Proxmark3 Easy. I tested everything using the included T5577 and CUID cards, I also purchased some NTag216 tags in sticker format to test the NFC on Phones.
