The implant in L1 is new and I’m still trying to get it to settle down.

Its broken, I am going into surgery Sunday morning.

I must say I was a little surprised when I saw your name ( and you are an accountant correct?) then “crushed my hand”, I mean I know Israelis are tough bastards, but how tough is accountancy that your hand gets crushed?
Did you drop a giant calculator on it? or an abacus? 
I hope the surgery goes well, and you recover fully from your calculator injury

So the doctor is gonna notice the implants at some point. This is the perfect opportunity to look him straight in the face and earnestly ask if he can do a motorized upgrade. Could be fun!
