True, but there is one difference between married and unmarried couples, and that is purely legal.
I am married (and while I would be OK with an open relationship with my wife, I wouldnât ask her for that because she is insecure. I wouldnât do anything outside our relationship anyway, the one time I actually knew someone was flirting with me, because she said she was, I panicked and my wife had been sitting right beside meâŠ)
Anyway, back to my point.
The biggest reason that we are married is because my wife is a US citizen and I am a UK citizen. If it hadnât been easier to get a work visa as a married man then it may never have happened.
Equally, we have been happily married for 22 years. The relationship is what led to us being together so long, not the bits of paper.

Go up to the top right corner of the forum and look in the menu under the 3 lines. Youll find a list of badges and can see who has what.
