Interesting, just as a heads up

Apple apparently changed something with their nfc process in iOS 15(.2)

It used to be a medium strength pulse, and then 3-4 light pulses fairly slowly

Now itā€™s a medium - pulse, followed by like a dozen very rapid pulses

Seems to result in a quicker background scan

There does seem to be an significantly increased delay before the nfc searches again for new tags

We just heard that they cancelled the tsunami watch for our area. I didnā€™t check out the ocean earlier, but I did hear that they saw some higher than normal waves in California.
