Time wise, I would expect you to start seeing some light about now.
but
Looking at your video, i couldn’t see an obvious protrusion, your implant may be a little deep, so placing the generator on the skin and trying to get a perpendicular overlap of implant and generator antenna.

The 3V generator might not have enough power.

So maybe next steps is more time or more power
