Apex not working with new Tesla?

Give it about 3 weeks. That is the customary waiting period. reads will get easier and it will becoem visible eventually. it just takes time

No…

Give it AT LEAST 2 weeks

This may take upto 4 weeks

Its completly normal, both the ā€œfreaking outā€ and the healing time.

Which color is your xSIID LED?

It’s scanning with my Flipper but not lighting up. Can’t seem to read it with my iPhone NFC reader. Almost been 2 weeks. I’ll continue being patient. Am I not understanding something - does the flipper not activate the LED?

Got the blue. Yours are looking awesome - very bright!

It took about a month for mine to be fully visible (also blue)

So it’s been about three weeks now. I can definitely read the xSIID but no sign of the LED lighting up. Am I missing something or do I need to get another implant? Attempting to light it up with FlipperZero NFC reader.

the LED may take a bit longer than 3 weeks to see in direct light. The normal thing is to wait 3 weeks for successful reads. Sometimes the positioning of the implant make the LED appear dimmer than most depending on color.

give it another week or so and you should be fine.

I know mine (blue xsiid) took around 5 weeks before it could be seen in a dimly lit room. now it can be seen when i scan it or use a field generator at any brightness except direct sunlight.

So I got the NFC repeaters flex stickers. Placed one on my flipper zero according to the wiki. Can’t really say it’s extending very much with my xSIID. I can’t see the LED still, can read the tags but no dice on the LED. Is it possible it’s too deep? Any advice here?

it has been about a month, correct?

That is still not too uncommon, you could probably expect to start seeing it from a month, but 6 weeks could also be expected.

If the chip is reading, It is pretty unlikely the LED has failed.

Have you tried the Cyborg reader on your flipper, let the screen time out (screen dark) in a dark room, and look for light under your skin?

Remember, the LED is at one end,
:blinky_blue:
so make sure you try reading from both ends incase you are covering the LED with the flipper

Oh cool, didn’t know about the Cyborg Detector. Well I installed it and I can’t get it to pick up my LED or anything no matter how hard I try. I’m beginning to think mine was injected too deep?? What do I do now?

Give it another couple of weeks, if no luck, then it can be removed and and reinstalled, but lets talk about that nearer the time

Am I doing this right :joy:

Nope

Check this thread out, including @mrln’s video a couple of posts below mine.

Time wise, I would expect you to start seeing some light about now.
but
Looking at your video, i couldn’t see an obvious protrusion, your implant may be a little deep, so placing the generator on the skin and trying to get a perpendicular overlap of implant and generator antenna.

The 3V generator might not have enough power.

So maybe next steps is more time or more power

I can successfully scan the NFC tag with my Flipper, that’s why I’m so confused. Should I therefore also be able to trigger the LED? Is it possible the LED part is faulty?

Edit: on second thought, I think it was just implanted too deep… any way to easily take it out or maybe I just get another implant…
